The first year of HOIFA under ToGETHER 2.0 supported locally led humanitarian action across some of Bangladesh’s most crisis-affected areas. Through flexible funding managed by local partners, communities received timely assistance ranging from cash support and essential household items to safe drinking water solutions and inclusive disaster preparedness initiatives.

This newsletter highlights the results achieved by five local humanitarian partners and shares the experiences of individuals and families who benefited from the support. From improved access to basic needs to strengthened community capacities, the stories offer a closer look at how locally driven humanitarian responses made a meaningful difference.
