Mentorship Program in DR Congo

This case study from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) highlights the ToGETHER Programme’s mentorship approach to strengthening locally led humanitarian action. Through the mentoring initiative, Local Humanitarian Partners (LHPs) share knowledge, experience, and institutional support with Peer Humanitarian Partners (PHPs), fostering collaboration and long-term organizational development.
